Ingredients (dry)
- 2 cups almond flour
- (1/2 cup almond meal, optional)
- 1/2 cup flax meal (ground seeds)
- substitute with 1/2 cup tiger nuts
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp dried onions (flakes)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt (pink or sea)
- 2 Tbsp artichoke inulin (or chickory root)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (optional)
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- mix dry ingredients
- mix wet ingredients
- combine dry with wet ingredients
- divide in half
- place one half on sheet parchment paper
- cover with plastic wrap to prevent from sticking to fingers or rolling pin
- flatten between parchment and plastic wrap, flatten to round or rectangular
- flatten to 1/4-1/8in thick
- remove plastic wrap
- leave dough on parchment paper
- cut into little cracker squares with pizza cutter
- sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, if desired
- bake 300 F, 30 minutes until light brown or firm
